RENEWAL POLICY

However, if you need any changes or are dissatisfied with the digital product, please contact our sales staff within seven days. All of our packages come with a 100% money-back guarantee. You are ineligible for a refund or a chargeback after the time limit has gone. If the total exceeds $500, the customer may be qualified to request a 50% refund after speaking with their project manager.
The following circumstances preclude the application of the thepursync LLC Refund Policy:

● Any service’s first design concept has been accepted.
● The logo is complete.
● The website has been created, looked through.
● The whole public can access it.
● You wanted changes made.
● It was decided to abandon the project as a result of unconnected factors.
● More than 14 days have passed since the last time someone spoke with the firm.
● There has been a violation of the company’s rules.
● The identical concept has been investigated by a different business or designer.
● If the sole expenses are for hosting and a domain name, a thorough redesign is required.
● Either the company is going out of business, the claim is incorrect, or the time for filing a claim for compensation has passed for the industry.
● No refunds will ever be given for “change of mind,”
● a disagreement with a partner or irrelevant matters. After discussing with their manager, a customer who has consented to several rounds of changes (for any service) may be eligible to get 50% of their project manager.

INTANGIBLE PROPERTY RIGHTS

COMPLETION

The contract between our company and the client will come to
an end after the work is finished. thepursync LLC will no
longer be in control of or have access to the design after
termination.
The client might not be entitled to compensation if the project
is abandoned as a result of the client’s violation of the
Agreement.

DEFAMATION REFUND AND SUITABLE FEE

If a client makes an unauthorized or unconnected chargeback,
damag es our reputation, or causes other harm after a project is
over, thepursync LLC has the right to take legal action
and seize customer information. The company also has the full
ability to stop any ongoing work

ADVANCED LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of the United Kingdom, without giving effect to any principles of conflict of laws.
These Terms, which replace any earlier understandings you may have had with the Design Agency, set forth the entire agreement between the Client and thepursync LLC regarding the use of the Website.
